EVERY WOMAN’S MAN Long Daybill Movie poster 1933 Primo Carnera Jack Dempsey Boxing

 

Original Australian hand litho long daybill approximately 15" x 40" , folded as issued, fair – good condition, long tears through the bottom third of the poster have been repaired on the back with archival tape, edge wear with edge chips, the poster displays quite well as but would be easily linen backed (see enlarged photo).
 
"Long" daybills were produced in Australia until 1941 when they were replaced by the more familiar smaller format.

MGM hired real-life heavyweight boxers Max Baer and Primo Carnera to play the stars of this movie, so that they would look realistic in their fight scenes! Max Baer had an actual championship fight against Primo Carnera a year after the film had been released.
