EXCEPTIONALLY RARE (the only copy that I have ever heard of) Original Australian hand litho long daybill linen backed approximately 15" x 40" very good – fine condition. Magnificent poster – very rare. The poster had some edge and fold wear prior to be backing but now looks superb on linen
"Long" daybills were produced in Australia until 1941 when they were replaced by the more familiar smaller format. Long daybills varied in widths from approximately 14 – 16 inches wide x approximately 40 inches in height. The measurements given in the descriptions are appoximate to the nearest inch.
