DOUBLE DATE Long Daybill Movie poster Edmond Lowe Una Merkel

PLEASE READ CONDITION DESCRIPTION Before making your purchase

Rare ORIGINAL long Australian daybill approximately 13" x 35" fair condition, trimmed on all sides, edge and fold wear (see enlarged photo for condition).

NOTE: This poster is one of a number of long daybills found in Victoria. These daybills were trimmed on all sides, removing borders and printers details but generally leaving the artwork intact. The majoirty have not been seen before and despite the condition, they are great examples of the artwork from the era. Long daybills usually measure 15" x 40" with a blank border at the top and white borders on the sides and bottom so this will give you an idea of the extent of the trimming. They all could be linen backed by a competant restorer.

PLEASE NOTE: Pricing on these posters is based on their condition.
