CROMWELL Movie Glass Slide Richard Harris Alec Guinness
VINTAGE and VERY RARE Original Australian Movie Glass Advertising Slide approximately 3 1/4" x 4 1/4", good – very good condition, minor wear (see enlarged scan for condition). Glass Slides were used by cinema owners to project advertising and coming attractions onto the screen prior to screening the main feature. They are very rare and often feature unique images which are quite different from movie posters.

Cromwell is a British 1970 historical drama film written and directed by Ken Hughes. It is based on the life of Oliver Cromwell, who rose to lead the Parliamentary forces during the later parts of the English Civil War and, as Lord Protector, ruled Great Britain and Ireland in the 1650s.
