Original Australian Daybill approximately 13" x 30" folded as issued, good – very good condition, light indenations and discoloration down the left hand side of the poster from floor coverings (see enlarged scan for condition).
NOTE: This daybill is one of a number of daybills that were found under floor coverings. Many have some lino indentations and scuffs but the colours are vibrant on all.

The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby is a 1947 British drama film directed by Alberto Cavalcanti and starring Cedric Hardwicke. The screenplay by John Dighton is based on the Charles Dickens novel The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby. This first sound screen adaptation of the book followed silent films released in 1903 and 1912.
