CHRISTMAS 1939 Movie Herald Calender Hopalong Cassidy North Adelaide

VINTAGE and VERY RARE Original Australian movie herald approximately 6″ x 7″ folded once, printed on both sides, fine – very fine condition (see enlarged photos). Australian Movie Heralds from this era are extremely rare and have significant historical value with screening details from cinemas that have long since been closed down. The artwork and images are often unique and some of the heralds that we have listed are the only known copies. Heralds were used in Cinemas to accompany Movie Posters and Lobby Cards.

These Special Heralds were printed for the Christmas features and are extremely rare. They were printed on slightly heavier card stock than the usual paper flyers and were a little smaller in size.
